This magnificent apartment has a balcony with outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy the amazing views of the ocean and the city. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has two full sized beds and the living room has one full sized sofa bed. The apartment comfortably accommodates six people. You will also have a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and two full bathrooms, each with a shower.

RESORT RATE:
Flat rate of $40 USD per night (not per person).

PARKING FEE:
Valet parking fees vary depending on the length of your stay as follows:
1 to 7 days: $35 USD per day.
8+ days: $30 USD per day.

BEACH SERVICE:
Each room has 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels free of charge. For additional available beach chairs, contact the manager in charge of that area.
Beach access is temporarily moved to a nearby beach service within walking distance, where guests will receive their beach umbrella, chairs, and towels.

CLEANING:
The final cleaning fee is included in the price. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for a fee of $99 USD.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Upon check-in, a security deposit of $250 USD will be held on your credit card, which is fully refundable.
