I have photos and videos documenting everything I experienced during my stay. The bathroom reeked of mold and mildew, and I found two separate areas with visible black mold. It was genuinely unhygienic and unacceptable.The coded door lock was outdated and barely functional—it failed to secure properly half the time, which raised serious safety concerns.I booked this condo solely for its advertised rooftop jacuzzi. What I got instead was a filthy, deteriorating “Roman tub”—a rebranding meant to cover up the fact that the jets are broken and covered in mold and algae. Paint was peeling off inside the tub, large rust stains lined the area, and the hot water knob was broken off entirely. The pergola poles were rusted, and the terrace floor hadn’t even been cleaned.After reporting all this, the owner sent a cleaner who admitted there was little she could do due to how bad the tub’s condition was. Even after cleaning, the jets remained disgusting.I asked for a partial refund or compensation and was ignored. For clarity: the hotel itself is not the problem—the issue is this privately owned unit. It’s in deplorable condition and should not be listed for rent. The place is a slum disguised as a luxury stay. I will be filing a formal complaint.
