The view was spectacular right in the middle of Coconut Grove. The wrap around terrace and large windows were the highlight. Interior pictures were accurate. An added bonus was a walk-in closet with a safe.

Words aren’t enough

This property has the most incredible view. The unit provides everything you could possibly need. The location is ideal to the heart of Coconut Grove the public walking trail along the marina and parks is right in front of the building walking along The water and marina is amazing. The property has a quaint sunning area with a saltwater pool and Hot tub, perfect. The greatest asset is the staff of Miami Vacation Rentals! Caring, Compassionate hence the title of this review. My future travels to Miami will always have us staying here. Thank you so much.

Wonderful views and management

Outstanding views, super clean unit, cheerful property staff, and immediate responses from management were not enough to make this right for us at this time. For a short business trip, we would probably use the Arya again but this was to be a relaxing, "do nothing" stop so the hotel location due to traffic noise and property hustle & bustle did not work. • Check-in was very simple and Deborah wonderful explaining everything. Great personality. • Beautiful view and spacious unit • Very clean • Kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in • Bed linens, pillows, and towels great • The couch comfortable The not so perfect - some due to personal preferences of which another renter might find not an issue and some things to be addressed in future: • The traffic is a problem. Daytime, not bad to hear but night for me even with windows closed and blinds down, it was not ideal. Hubby not as much bothered. • There needs to be better lighting overall and we were missing chairs and table on balcony marina side. TV in living area had problem with reception quality. Management addressed all our concerns and offered quick response but some we decided not to correct some during our stay so as to not have maintenance in unit because we were hanging out. Nothing urgent or serious. I would definitely use Silvia and Natalie Miami vacations again but in a different location.

Overall a great stay , a couple of things though states double bed in lounge this is just a sofa which didn’t extend into a sofa bed. Even on the 16th floor the traffic outside was extremely noisy all night

Quick anniversary stopover

Lovely property with great views. Close to all things you need within walking distance, coffee, great restaurants and even carry out if you want to just chill on balcony and not cook. Good communication with owners and quick responses for any questions or needs we had. Great service!

Nice place with an awesome view!

We have stayed in coconut grove a few times and this places was the best! The view is as good as it gets and the unit is updated, clean, and very well managed. We loved the central location parking is easy and you can walk to everything!

Beautiful scenic views and comfortable lodging

I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful unit. Natalia and Sylvia were both very receptive and helpful with a few small issues. However, the Hotel Arya, where this unit is located, was experiencing several problems, the main one being the elevator service. Of the four banks of elevators, only two were working. This led to so many long waits that I had to take the stairs many times. My husband and I are in our seventies and we were on the sixteenth floor! Also, the pool was closed the entire nine days that I was there. They offered the use of a neighboring pool, but I wanted the view from their pool. Despite these setbacks, I would still recommend this unit. Just check in advance to make sure everything is operational.
