Location is fabulous, lots to do within a few blocks and easily walkable. The room was in good condition and well stocked with all the essentials. We had a view across the street to gorgeous greenery and off to the side of the Atlantic and a marina. Host was readily available via the app. Our only complaint is that the building was hard to find because the name of the hotel was not listed in the check-in instructions.

Beautiful Unit

My husband and I love staying at the Arya Hotel for an occasional stay-cation. The studio is beautiful, the bed would benefit from a pillow topper as it was firmer than out liking but besides that, the bathroom is enormous and the view is spectacular.

Perfect

The photos of this room are very accurate. The room was spotless! You could actually smell the detergent in the sheets, and cleaning products used. I read the other reviews before booking, and I can tell you the tub was not clogged up. Perfect location, and the host constantly contacted us to make sure we understood everything, and had everything we needed. Coconut Grove is beautiful, and when I come back to Miami I’ll definitely book this room again. Also due to miss my connecting flight due to inclement weather I showed up later than my check in time, and the property manager stayed over to make we got checked in.

Staycation

The plan was to find a nice place to just relax and disconnect from the everyday stressors and just find a place with a beautiful view. The listing showed a beautiful room with a beautiful view. When we got to the room it was exactly how the listing said it was and the view was even better than the pictures. Communication with the property manager was minimal as we didn’t have any issues with the property manager but at checkin and throughout the stay she checked in to ensure we were having a good time and there were no issues. Love this place will definitely be booking again.

Great location for the weekend

We stayed here for a weekend during baseball season to go to a Marlins game. This was a great location and close to the stadium. It was also convenient for restaurants in walking distance. The property was as described. Great view. Easy parking instructions. The check-in process was a little unconventional as no payment was requested upon check-in. The host then proceeded to request payment at a very odd time during our stay and in person. We suggested to do it via online and that process was accepted. It was just an unconventional way to collect the remaining balance. But host was readily available for communication. The only reason we give it four stars is because we found lipstick on two of the throw pillows on the bed and the odd way of collecting the remaining balance. We would consider staying here again.

Great location

The room was clean, with a nice balcony and a view of the bay. Kitchen was well equipped. The laundry machine was a bonus. Location was short walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, CVS, and pier. We enjoyed the complimentary wine. Natalia and Silvia were very responsive. The site manager was supposedly accessible through WhatsApp, but he/she was unresponsive on a couple of occasions. Nothing urgent, but a message acknowledging receipt of request would have been appreciated. I definitely recommend to others.

Exhausting

It was a mess checking in and the parking pass fiasco. Upon entering our villa, there was a party next door. Our balcony is a shared space, and the sliding door does not lock. Black out blinds were helpful. It would have been fine if we didn’t have to get up at 6 am but waking up to a group of drunk people at 3 am is not pleasant.

Florida adventure 2022!

This condo was a perfect place for us to relax and unwind for a couple days after a long travel day and before heading south to the Keys. The condo was everything that we expected and more! The room was very clean, comfortable bed, large bath area with a new glass shower enclosure, large closet and a kitchenette that was fully stocked for easy meals. Hotel amenities are provided. The condo is located on the 18th floor of the Hotel Arya, the views of Biscayne Bay from the room are incredible!! The pool area was amazing, with the same impressive views of the water. The Hotel staff was all so friendly and attentive. The condo included a parking space in a gated and secure parking garage located in the same building. Easy access to the parking garage, lobby and hotel floors using the same elevators that require your room key to enter. Coconut Grove was a safe place to wander in the evening, so many great choices of restaurants! Most dining establishments had live music playing outside, an added bonus for an evening walk to listen to local musicians. The room, hotel and neighborhood were all so quiet at night, so no problem getting sleep! Great walking paths around the harbors. Close to Key Biscayne and the Vizcaya Museum. Would recommend visits to both! Gabriella and Natalia were a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and professional. And the bottle of wine chilling in the fridge was so appreciated after a long day of travel. Would definitely recommend this VRBO!

Good location just wrong rental hosts

I try to keep this review short. Communication issues from the start of check-in until we have up to enjoy our trip anyway. We're told by host that early check could be available but Sat in a hot car for 2 hrs outside condo building instead. Greeted by site manager and told to be grateful I can get in 1 he early just because of him. No working safe...told they would come fix. Maintenance came days later looked and left without repairing...also showed patio door lock broke to him...so carried jewelry and cash with me when we went out. Not willing to leave valuables in an unsafe/unlocked unit. Tried to enjoy trip instead of waiting for repairs. Contact with host was apparently not good because she was on holiday in Europe...I really wish she would have left more compante site managers...TV stopped working I messaged and got a reply the next day...terrible communication and action to things getting done. After 1/2 way thru my 12 days there finally got a lock repair only door. I would like to also say I have rented a condo on VRBO from another host previously and had a great unit with and host that cared about his renters. We went back to same condo building for this same experience but unfortunately we were left very disappointed. Stay at the Hotel Aura is amazing but please find a good host to make your stay smooth and comfortable.
