Great apartment in a great resort

Stayed for my wife's 30th bday
Stayed in this unit and it was everything and more we could have imagined. The unit was great with a great balcony and view of the pool and water. Super comfy. The hotel/residence is amazing one of the best we stayed at. Roof top pool was closed for reno which was a bummer, we were super excited for it. But would come back for sure!

Highly Recommend this Superb Home!
In advance of our visit, Natalie reached out with key property details and connected us to her on-site staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted and given a guide to important area attractions and high speed WI-FI access. The home is comfortable with all key amenities. Definitely returning!

Great hotel/unit

Exceptional Unit and Property
Fantastic communication from Natalie from the moment of inquiry and even after visit was completed. Was even given suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and more! Unit was immaculate, spacious, and had super views of the ocean, pools, and gardens. Open floor plan and kitchen was extremely practical. Bed was very comfortable. All amenities were high quality. Hotel staff were friendly and always offering to be helpful. I parked at a city parking facility for $20 per day around the corner from the hotel instead of $60 valet. There are lots of them close to the complex. Will definitely return or use another of Natilie's properties.

Perfect Anniversary Weekend
My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary at this property. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We loved the rooftop pool and gym. Many restaurants within a short Uber ride away. Will definitely return!

Amazing property
Everything was amazing. The service was top notch, the staff made you feel welcome. I have not one negative thing to say about the owner Natalie, Joe, Robinson and the limo service through Jose. I will definitely stay with them again!! 5 star service!!!

Beautiful unit, very well maintained, excellent view
I love the 1 Hotel and this unit is very nicely decorated, well managed, and has a well-stocked full kitchen. The balcony looks into the center pool and the ocean. Hard to beat.

Weekend getaway
My husband and I had a very nice stay. As VRBO homeowners ourselves of a property on nantucket I can appreciate the hosts communication, emails and text messages prior to our arrival. We have stayed at the 1 Hotel many times previously but this was our first time in the residence which was all the same amenities but with a personal touch! Look forward to coming again soon.

We loved everything about the room
We loved everything about the room and had a great time. The resort is amazing - staff, amenities (bikes, car service, gym, pool and beach side service), location, food, and the list goes on. There is a resort fee when you arrive and drinks are super pricey but that seems to be a Miami thing. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, with the exception of a hair dryer. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I love the 1 - and staying here made it even better! The view from the balcony was great. The decor is beautiful and tranquil. The bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable! It was instant relaxation the moment we stepped inside. Look forward to the next 4 day vacation. Thank you!

Great weekend at the 1hotel residences
My friends and I came from LA to visit Miami. We wanted to stay at the 1 hotel but didn’t want to have to split up our group into separate and rooms and the kitchen was crucial. The apartment was perfect for us, very clean, easy and luxurious. Check in was smooth, hotel services were great. The only downside was the shower leaked which kept us up at night. Aside from the annoying shower leak it was the perfect spot! Thanks again

Can't wait to go back!
Everything was perfect! Nice Beach view and the condo was very beautiful and cozy. Very Clean and what I loved best was the big tub and the convince of having a wash and dryer in there. The location was great and the condo had everything you need to enjoy your stay.

There is nothing bad to say about our experience. Robinson is so nice and checking in as easy. We come to Miami every year and this was by far better than a luxury hotel experience. The food in 1 Hotel is amazing and the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool were amazing. We’d totally rent this place again.

perfect stay during art basel weekend

Great view from the 11th floor!
This unit has a true view of the ocean and gets sun in the morning. Spacious bathroom with shower and separate tub. Very clean. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. Loved the Hotel 1 complex. Great seating by the pools, has a coffee shop and restaurants. Great location on South Beach.
