The Front Desk staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Gustavo the bellman was very courteous and helpful with all our bags and packages. The lobby was large and comfortable with a coffee machine that was inexpensive and produced a great latte. The room was a 1 bedroom plus living room which was a good size for our family of 4 with comfort, decor and provided everything we needed. I used the gym on a daily basis and was equipped with everything I use. We had a great stay and I will definitely be back!

I just spent three nights at this property and can not sing it's praises loud enough. Seemless check-in. Gorgeous accommodations. Fabulous location. I particularly enjoyed the pool, spa, and balcony. Spent every morning on the balcony drinking coffee. Every evening out there with a glass of wine. The view of the bay and marina was wonderful. With all that being said, the best part of my stay was the thoughtfulness of my hosts. No detail to making my stay as enjoyable as possible, was overlooked. I hated to leave. I'd return in a heartbeat.

The check in process was very disappointing. I asked if we could check in a hour early and was told the room was ready. I paid the balance and it took 2 hours for the host to respond to my phone calls and texts that the front desk did not have my registration information.

Location, Location, location!!

Loved the location! Appreciated the parking and that there was someone at the front desk so check in was easy.The only downsides were 1. Despite the board we noticed that was placed under the mattress the bed was too soft. 2. the washer/dryer machine was broken. We decided to wash a few shirts before leaving the next day for our cruise and found our clothes soaking wet in a pool of water in the washer. Only diwnsides

We loved the unit. Views are gorgeous, and its in a perfect location. The unit was very clean and it has a washer/drier (which I loved). The property managers were very welcoming and checked on us throughout our stay. We will Definitely be back.

Daughter moving trip

Very nice condo. Lived the location was able to walk to many restaurants and shops. My husband couldn’t get tv to work and called for someone to fix it, however told us it was an internet problem and never had tv the entire time. Spent some time at the pool which was nice. Room is very big with washer and refrigerator a plus. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful View in Miami

The check in was really easy and the view off the balcony was divine. we had everything we needed the added bottle of my favorite moscato wine was a welcome surprise. While here you are close to several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. With parking kind of hard to come by some places having a parking garage made the stay even more stress free. We had a great stay in Miami ~ first time there & really enjoyed the beautiful city and trips to Key Biscayne beach! Our VRBO unit was beautiful/immaculate and beautiful views. The pool was great/relaxing and also beautiful views. Would highly recommend - friendly staff too.

Great Getaway

Had a great stay start to finish! It was a beautiful view from the balcony and the rooftop pool was amazing! The room was very clean and cozy. Location is right in the middle of the grove which was great and we enjoyed many of the local restaurants, I would recommend Salt and Straw for ice cream and greenstreet cafe for incredible breakfast! We will definitely be staying here in the future, thanks!

Great View

Great views of the marina in Coconut Grove and Biscayne Bay. The property was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove. We will definitely stay there again.

Cute place but disappointed.

This room was very cute but we walked into the bathroom to find black hair in the sink, on the floor of the shower and bathroom. Despite the shower smelling like bleach the grout wasn’t clean. The beautiful wood floor was cleaned with something that made it sticky. Hopefully it was just the cleaning company. The location was great with lots of restaurants close by.
