We had three couples and the condo was more than big enough with separate bathrooms in each room. The balcony was great with excellent views. The property and beach were great along with heated pools. service was top notch, highly marks all around.

While the view from the balcony was amazing and the management company was very responsive, the interior of the unit needs improvement. The 2 additional bedrooms had beds that were so low to the ground it made it difficult to get in and out of bed for adults. All the interior furniture is extremely uncomfortable including the beds. The host did not provide oven mitts so very difficult to use oven.

Very nice place! The views are breathtaking. Home is super clean. While lvt is chipping a bit in certain areas, everything else was immaculate. Host was very quick and available. I would totally rebook next time I’m in town!! If it’s available you should book too!!

Amazing view!

The unit was exactly as the pictures showed. It had gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. The balcony is a great place for a sunrise breakfast. The kitchen and great room are good gathering spots for everyone to visit. The location is excellent with a good grocery story close by to provision the kitchen for your stay. I would highly recommend this rental. The host was responsive before during and after our stay.

Terrible property management and elevators

Property management is as rude as it gets. The check in process is miserable. The unit was also not very clean. Also the elevators at peak times can be a 15 minute wait.

Family get away

Needed a short get away and settled on this property. Fees and parking costs were clearly stated as an addition. Beach front, pool and near a toddler playground were just what we were looking for. Had everything for cooking, but we only cooked breakfast in the condo. Would rent again.

Million Dollar View!

We stayed here for a long girls weekend to celebrate a birthday and catch some sun. The view is just breath taking from almost every single angle. Two of three bedrooms have balcony access, which was awesome. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and beds were very comfortable. We slept great here - no neighbor noise at all!Resort fees, as clearly disclosed by the owner in this listing, are 40 per day so make sure to account for that. On site amenities were expensive, but very convenient. There is a coffee shop downstairs in the lobby with good coffee and pastries/bagels, a gift shop, restaurant, gym and pool/jacuzzi tub on the 9th floor, and then a small restaurant/bar right in between the beach and hotel to grab lunch and a refreshing drink. You will only get two beach chairs by the resort despite if you have more guests, so there are three additional beach chairs in the condo to use. Pro tip, get down early to grab your resort chairs on of the far sides so your group can stay together on the beach. You will also have more space this way as it does get super crowded.Check in for us was easy, staff always friendly and grounds kept well maintained. If we had to pick at one thing, it would be the elevator. Only one for that part of the building had higher wait times. And it would be nice to have coffee in the room. Other than that, a perfect place to enjoy Florida weather in the dead of winter.We loved our stay here and would certainly consider again!

Long Weekend with Friends

We had a great long weekend at 4111 S Ocean Drive. The location was great and the service and the property and Zen Rentals was attentive and friendly.The unit was a little dated and could use some minor updates, but overall our expectations were met and we had a wonderful time.

Underwhelmed

Check in process was a little rocky. Getting a hold of the manager was NOT easy. Also, keep in mind, if you stay here, there’s only one elevator going up to the unit and it is shared with the entire building. The building itself was nice, the beach was nice, but the actual room was super run down and things were falling apart. All the flooring is made of cheap materials and is not maintained, there are gaps everywhere. The refrigerator was DISGUSTING. It has not been cleaned and there is rust all on the inside. The toilet paper holder was completely broken. The only nice thing about this place was the view. Overall, I didn’t like staying here and I definitely won’t stay again.

The Good and The Bad

First of all, the property management team that I worked with for check-in and communication during the stay was the best I've had. Super helpful and accommodating. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Zero issues at all with the space. Plenty of room, great kitchen, great views, all of it awesome. The issues I have is with the property itself. Although the condo was amazing, these issues should certainly be considered. I had heard from many other reviews about the elevator issue but I just wrote it off as people being a little too picky...I was wrong. It literally is one elevator for 40 floors and if you go during any of the busy seasons, you will wait 15+ minutes for the elevator. It got so bad, we took the stairs on numerous occassions....26 floors. The beach is great but no matter if you have a 1,2, or 3 bedroom condo, you get two chairs and I had to fight to get 5 towels. Seemed a little silly to pay the type of money we did for 3 bedrooms and then have to rent chairs. Everything down there is expensive so be prepared for that. Property manager made us aware of daily resort fee and valet fees, so no surprises but still very expensive. Highly recommend, maybe just not during the super busy season:)

Great Views and Plenty of Space

First let me start off stating that the Condo was amazing. We had a few hiccups with the complex itself that were a cause for frustration. First the staff at check in was very rude, once they found out we were renting the condo they were snobby and less than helpful. The additional charges and refusal to assist or answer questions was not ideal. We came in on a late flight and we were not given the code to enter the property. The resort had no problem taking my credit card for towels and resort access but when it came to assisting with anything that was not in the cards. The other issue we had was we tried to contact the rental property several times when we could not get the entry door to shut. After several attempts, we fixed it ourselves to ensure we could secure our own belonging. We had to do this several times throughout our stay. There was no clear check out details. We were a little confused on this, since most of the time there is clear details on the proper check out procedures. This was not the case this time. After we left the property and on way home, we found out that the resort was going to charge an additional 50.00 for a towel card that was not turned in. I’m sure the resort will find additional reasons for more charges as well. As for the rest of our trip and the stay in the condo this was amazing. Plenty of space for our adult family.
