Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has it all for your comfortable stay:

You will be staying blocks away from restaurants, bars, and malls. The building is located in the heart of Edgewater-Miami and is within walking distance to Midtown, Design District (shopping and designer stores), and Wynwood (bars, restaurants, art, graffiti). The FTX Arena (venue for concerts and where the Miami Heat Basketball team plays) is less than 2 miles away.

Parking is included in the price of the stay.

Please note that parking will only fit regular size vehicles, oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is very big, please contact us before making the reservation.

Late checkouts will be charged $50. Maximum late check out time is 1 pm. If checkout is done after 1 pm we will charge for an extra night.
IMPORTANT

For us, it's really important to register all the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture of your ID As well as a picture of the guest ids that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID thru airbnb we will need a copy too. **If we don’t get this information before your arrival date, we won´t be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation. • Please DO NOT Smoke inside. • Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area. • If you have any inconvenient please notify us at your earliest convenience. • Check-In is at 4:00pm – Check-Out is at 11:00am. If you need to do late check out please request within 24 hours and if it’s possible we will arrange it. **If we have people arriving the same day, there is a late check out fee that will be deducted from the deposit equivalent to one extra night if the check out time is not met. It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.*We Host welcomes you. Feel free to call this place your home*

- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : )
**It has an additional cost of $50 USD up to 12:00 pm which is the latest time for checkout. **

- If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late check out. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

- An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

- We can NOT be responsible for packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property’s address.
