“Great Stay!”

“The room is incredibly clean (it’s almost brand new, only like a year old). The location is amazing. You can reach all of Gold Coast by public transport, including so many different parks like Sea World. The view is incredible. The price is good too.”

“Clean room always. Staff were nice and helpful loved my stay here.”

“Booked a year in advance for ocean view room. Got one on 3rd floor, was right beside air handling unit on 2nd floor. Noise was horrendous, had a low ocean view, but noise made sitting on deck impossible. Bathroom sink drain clogged, would fill up quickly and drain 15 mins later. AC would not go colder than 22.5 C. Would not of been as much of issue if could of opened patio doors for breeze, too loud. All in all not a great experience”

“great”

“I paid for a room with a view, very expensive, and at the hotel they gave me a basic room”

“Upon getting to the location, the host canceled our reservation, leaving us nowhere to stay and giving us no help that was a total nightmare I believe there should be some compensation besides refunding my money I will never ever tell anyone to book through Vrbo”

“Excellent. ”

“The property is great on view for the whole city from above.”

“Beautiful place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Right near tram stop. Would recommend to anyone who wants luxury accommodation at a great price.”
