“Owners are awesome, communication was great. We rented same property last year for MI football game. It’s located a bit far away but worked out great for us.”

“Didn't need to use the fire place. This property is all about a million dollar view on a budget! Sunsets were amazing! Private beach on Lake Michigan was clean, no rocky terrain. Swimming was perfect, even at the end of September. Sand was sun heated. You can hear the host family's conversation through the walls, so they probably heard us too. For the price we can overlook that. Toaster, griddle, fridge and coffee, but no real kitchen. Bath is very nice. We plan to be back!”

“This property is a dream, there are no words, it has everything. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there were used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker when we arrived but no big deal. We moved the grill around to the patio outside the bedroom. Bugs outdoors were not a problem but I rented the 1st week in September with milder temps. I am not a tv person but my only complaint is that for what you are paying for this place it should have cable for those that are. Being able to...

“Cute little spot a short walk to the main three oaks area. Was a little weird to not have a kitchen and the fridge is tiny, smaller than it looks in the pics. This small place is well laid out where it didn’t feel too tight and was nice to have a desk and dinning table.”

“Everything was just as expected, nice home, everything was clean and comfy! The only thing we had troubles with was getting there as it states its on S. Chapin rd and its E.Chapin rd which is 17 minutes away but no biggie! Thank you we would do it again! ”
