“The house was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a large area for six of us. Air conditioning worked well so that made our stay comfortable. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also a plus. We now have family in the Memphis area, and we would definitely stay here again.”

“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”

“House bathrooms carpet walls were super dirty the house had an old smell never went away with air fresheners or our lotion or sprays didn’t fix it. Location was good . The decor was cute but that’s it … ”
