“The food options were great, plenty of things to do in the area. We were able to take a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. The only down side was the two days we were there the pool was filled with little kids (have kids and love them very much) just thought it would be a calmer pool experience at the roost. “We stayed in Mae-Mae's Room at the Steele Cottage and it was great for our needs. Well appointed, conveniently located and easily accessible, yet removed from the core downtown area for privacy. The breakfast service at the Duff Green Mansion B&B was good for a first morning, but the 3+ block walk is not directly toward the main part of downtown and the river. I suggest equipping the Steele Cottage with bottled waters and snack items in each room for optimal convenience.”

“It was a great place to stay just 3 or so blocks from the beach. The Bungalow is an upstairs 1 bedroom apartment style vacation home. Downstairs is another unit called the bunkhouse. There is also a short term rental home. We all shared the beautiful grounds and had a great time hanging out with the other renters. There is ample parking in a quiet neighborhood.
