“The midtown home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for one or two people. The unit was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary amenities such as bathroom soap and shampoo as well as kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable and living room area was comfortable as well. Check in and out extremely easy and communication with management was excellent. They respond quickly to any questions. Air conditioning consisted of a window units in the living room and bedroom. “Clean home in beautiful countryside. Lots of room outside for the kids to run and play.”

“Great stat!”

“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”

“The home was just as described! It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were welcoming and made sure my stay went smoothly. The communication was great! I definitely recommend this property if you’re in the Memphis area!”

“I am a mother traveling with my daught and grandsonthar was playing a baseball tournament in Oxford. Not more than 10 minutes arriving, a cop was in front porch asking my grandson if he had been spraying paint on houses. He absolutely was not, never out of our eyes and we were still unloading. A vert loud sound hit the house in middle of nights, cops again everywhere which us being women made us very frightened and uncomfortable. Roaches in front bath tub in the morning”

“Everything from start to finish was excellent. Communication was timely and the property was exactly as described. Would highly recommend.”
