“The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Elevator works which in other properties may or may not be the case. “A”.”

Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. “The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...
