“Home was very nice and clean.”

“Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. ”

“The house was very clean and as described except that you must go up or down a full flight of steps to get to a bathroom or bedroom. This was not a problem for us but I don't think it is clear in the listing. The check in instructions were incorrect and accessing the house took significantly longer than expected. The house is nice and comfortable.”

“We had a great stay. The house is clean and well maintained. All the basics are provided: coffee, creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning and laundry supplies. We were there for a full week and never ran out of anything. The sofas and beds are very comfortable; the bedding is impeccable. All appliances are easy to use (instructions are provided, if needed).
