“We stayed at the Dogwood Treehouse during the ice storm FERN in January of 2026. We knew going in that there was a chance we could get stuck, but we had been planning this trip for nearly a year and didn’t want to cancel. “My husband, our dog and I spent a week in this wonderful, well appointed home located on picturesque property surrounded by massive Rhododendrons and moss & lichen-covered old hardwoods. There is a small, shallow creek in the backyard great for splashing around in the cool water. The hot tub was so relaxing.
