Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

“As others mention, the property itself could do with some renovation which means it doesn't feel perfectly clean and modern. However, the staff are very friendly and the stay was half-board with an excellent variety of food options (including most Bulgarian classics based on our internet searches) and a I think something for everyone. “La relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La cocina del apartamento no la utilizamos porque reservamos media-pensión. El desayuno y la cena estaba bastante bien y con variedad. La sauna, baño de vapor y piscina completamente gratuito. También había gimnasio aunque no lo usamos. Nos gustó también que aunque está cerca del centro, está algo apartado por lo que es muy tranquilo. El personal tanto del comedor como en la recepción encantadores.”
