Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

“Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

El unico problema que tuve fue con una lampara del cuarto que no funcionaba y nunca la repararon, a pesar de haber haber solicitado esto 3 veces. Hubo personal de mantenimiento que vino a revisar la lampara, sin embargo nunca solucionaron el problema.”
