“The property was beautiful and very clean. The windows made it very bright and open. At night however the moonlight kept it bright making it a little difficult to sleep. Thank you for the two fans they were critical as there was no AC and it would get hot and a muggy in the room. We would air out the place when would return as it did not take long to heat up. “The Nantucket Penthouse was an amazing place to stay! It is decorated a little on the contemporary side, and the colors are beautiful!We had 2 adults in the master bedroom with a king bed and 3 teenagers upstairs in the loft. 2 Queen beds. The loft area has a lot of space and a good cooling system if it is a warm day or night. “Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions:...

“Shower worked okay the first day. On the second day the water came out of the shower from under the glass wall and it puddled almost all the way under the bed, and under our luggage. We used all towers to wipe the floor and our belongings.Used the fans and open all windows to get everything as dry as possible before our departure.We turn off the fans and closed all windows per the check-out instructions.Place was okay, perfect location, but price is a bit too expensive for what you’re getting.”

“The house is large with adequate space to accommodate a family group. The location was nice and quiet. There is no dedicated parking for the residence but we were usually able to find parking nearby within reasonable walking distance.”

The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer.
