“The host did not disclose that they live on the property. The house was not ready at 4pm. When we arrived at 6pm, the host was still inside cleaning. We did not stay here because we were uncomfortable with the host living on the property and numerous other things. There was a weird door behind a mirror on the wall. “Check in went really well.The rooms were much darker than anticipated. The pictures online looked much brighter. The furniture needs a some TLC--a lot of chipped paint, torn back rest on the couch, well-loved "sitting spots" on the couches. Stains on the carpet areas.It was a clean place but for what we paid per night, I kinda expected a little higher quality details.Host interaction was very prompt, expectations well laid out. “Greta house for a large group as we were staying for a wedding. Managed to sleep 14 of us. Host was very friendly and communicative and took care of any issues. We had cars so it was easy to get around. The reserve nearby is a nice walk. Would recommend for large groups. ”
