“Exactly what we needed to attend a wedding near by. Place stayed cool with fans even in 90 degree weather. Pet friendly and quite with no road noise at all. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. Plenty of room for a couple. We didn't cook or grill, but had everything we needed if we had wanted to.”

“This was great maintain cottage and certainly a better experience than a hotel or motel. It is in a nice location, but the road to the place might get your attention. That said... the road to the place is very quiet and private. The place is close to a LOT of interesting sights- like the entrance to Pike Peaks, A few miles from The Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellers and Manitou Springs (lot of shopping). Everything worked as expected in the house. A Walmart is within 5 miles for...

“We absolutely love it! The sparrows nest studio appointment is so cute and would be the perfect romantic get away for sure...it is definitely not for tall people because the ceiling is so low....im sure the other 2 upstairs units have higher ceilings ..so if you are tall id go with one of the 2 upper units. Check in and check out was really easy . We are definitely gonna stay again.”

“The cabin was cozy. It was perfect for 2 people and was what we needed- close to our son in Woodland Park. The amenities could not have been better. There were plenty of towels, foodstuffs in the cabinet, and hot water. We'll stay again if we need to on our next visit. (He's hoping to get a bigger place, so we'll see.)”

“This cozy cabin was the perfect jumping off point for nearby adventures — Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, the Manitou Incline, Cave of the Winds, and more. Just a short drive to downtown Manitou Springs for souvenir shopping, dining, and entertainment. Conveniently located 10 minutes from a large Safeway grocery store. “Great space compared to hotel rooms we had stayed in along the way, with comparable price. No comparison on the accommodations you get here. It was awesome. Birdwatching from the balcony was lovely. Trail up Mount Dewey was within walking distance to trailhead. Would definitely stay again. Host very receptive as needed.”
