Perfect for relaxing and just steps from Twin Lakes State Beach and walking distance to some great eating spots. Harbor Cafe breakfast was delish! One of the best VRBO's that we've stayed in. Would definitely come back again!”

“Neat, clean comfortable, well appointed kitchen, good facilities. A little issue gaining access due to a VRBO glitch so check with the Host to see that has been resolved but I would rent this place again. Minimal "check out" requirements appreciated. ”

“Great location, view and accommodations. We were there to celebrate a milestone adult birthday. We had ages 9-68. The only challenges were the steep stairs and 3 levels(kids didn’t mind it!) and keeping everyone contained to the small patio area )open on both sides) Host was reasonable and very responsive. ”

“Perfect weekend, perfect location, incredible access to Capitola and the coast. We had activities planned at the beach and up in the Santa Cruz Mountains and easily made our way around. Walking everywhere and snagging the occasional Uber allowed us to leave our cars parked the entire time!”

“ Very clean and stocked very well had everything we needed communication was great, the reason we do not give a 5 star and could honestly be much lower had they not excelled in every other area is the hot tub advertised was not functional and pool heater is disconnected which is one of the main mean reasons we picked this home.”

“One of our absolute favorite vacation rentals of all time! The home is thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything you will need, including a fully outfitted kitchen, beach towels and wet suits. “Our family of nine, adult kids and grandkids, stayed for a week. The home and location was perfect! Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable. The two car garage with openers was a definite plus. Hope to stay there again!”
