“The property is lovely. I didn’t have my dog, but Lynne let me know that it is pet friendly large outdoor space with a wonderful view. Lots of special touches. Lynn works really hard to make it welcoming. That includes, lavender gifts and homemade scones. It was really a wonderful stay. I loved the pig that was there to visit with.”

“The unit is lovely. Every room immaculate and well appointed. We only stayed two nights and had planned to cook but ended up staying longer at the beach instead! The location was perfect for visiting the beach and wandering through the town. Lots of shops to browse and plenty of options for food/drinks. The hosts recommendations were appreciated.”

“Very clean overall, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. i was worried about the noise of the nearby road when we arrived, but with the windows closed, the air in, nobody noticed any noise at all during the night. I would stay there again. ”

It truly captured the laid-back costal charm of Capitola. Its location couldn’t have been more perfect which was right in the heart of Capitola Village, just steps away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants. We enjoyed being able to stroll everywhere without needing to drive. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!”
