The floor plan of the house is ideal for a large family, or two families to share. Main floor has two bedrooms (including a master with 3/4 bath), two bathrooms, plus a huge, well-appointed kitchen, living and dining areas. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry, and spacious living area with a kitchenette that includes a full sized fridge. Decks on both levels overlook the lake. A nice patio area and grassy yard lead to the lake, where a large dock offers plenty of room for your own boat or jet skis.
Owners thought of everything: Plenty of beach towels on site, air mattresses, games, and fully stocked with the necessities like garbage bags and adequate garbage receptacles outside. This is a really nice house, comfortable and ready for guests.
There’s even a little grocery-slash-burger joint just down the street. And the boat launch is easy to access just across the lake.
