“The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff were beyond helpful and the front desk is very welcoming. They have a bar, but I didn’t utilize it. It’s located in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and very safe. The bed was firm, which wasn’t horrible, but the softer pillows made up for it. “The staff here were so incredibly kind and helpful, can't say enough good things about them. The location was perfect for where we needed to be, very convenient. They were actively painting the hallways, trying to stay on top of maintenance which is great! The room was incredibly small- which is fine and to be expected in NYC. “the people at the front desk weren’t exactly clear about the charges or when the security deposit would be reimbursed. they did try to fix the tv issue for us but it never worked correctly. nor the wifi. the bed was comfortable and also the room was excellent and big.”
