“Great location for a visit to family. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small, but really just right for a visit, good storage and lighting. Very close to the railroad tracks, but I never heard a thing. The restaurant was opening the day after I left so I can’t comment but I did see the space and it’s just beautiful. The restaurant still managed to serve breakfast and that worked out just fine. I strongly recommend Voco Astoria. ”

“Muy Recomendable. La cercanía de la estación del metro, te permite buena movilidad por la ciudad. Quiero resaltar la excelente la atención del staff en general, pero Marlon, del turno nocturno se lleva las estrellas. Emily, muy amable y dispuesta a resolver. Suficiente desayuno, y de buena calidad, solo se debería ampliar un poco el horario de atención, entre semana. Considero una excelente opción para poder visitar New York, sin duda, me vuelvo a hospedar allí.”

But the rest of the staff was AMAZING, the hotel is beautiful, and the food is spectacular! So, one bad person isn't worth it! Thanks for changing my mind!”
