“Amazing stay in an amazing accommodation with amazing hosts! Everything about this hotel was perfect, will definitely be back if back in Venice again. Lovely views of the lagoon from the balcony, very relaxing. Beautiful room with 4 poster bed and comfy mattress and sheets. Optional coffee and pastries brought to room every morning at time of your choosing, great way to start day! Very close and convenient for boat taxi stop to all parts of Venice. Easy and quick to San Marco and Burano.”

“The only place we stayed that didn't have a confusing missing item or weird design feature. The TV did not have amy streaming services, but good Italian channels. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe. The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond. They do have a standard message that explains their late checkout is a hallway cupboard you can...

“Giada met us at the water taxi stop and walked with us. She speaks good English. The apartment is located on a quiet and clean street away from the crowds, but close enough to walk anywhere on the island. The apartment is recently renovated and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The WiFi and TV worked. Washer and two bathrooms were great. Giada gave good dining recommendations, She was quick to respond to our questions. ”
