Great location and Condo, the property management company could communicate much better
the condo and location were phenomenal and everything it advertised. My issue is with the lack of communication from the property management company. They did not respond to messages via VRBO or phone messages before our stay. They responded to two of my VRBO messages once I called VRBO and inquired why I was not getting any responses, but still never returned my call. My friend, who lived in the area, finally went the day before we were to check in to ask about an early check in, they told her they had spoken to me. That was not accurate. Once we were checked in, all was good. The dryer broke and they could not fix it but gave us a key to use the laundry in another unit. Not ideal but it was a solution. Just a hassle to carry your laundry to another unit on multiple floors away. They did not communicate that they were not onsite Saturday and Sundays so there was no option for additional toilet paper, towels, etc. On Sunday our internet went out, called the after hours line and it was not answered and said the voice mail was not set up. So we did not have internet or TV for a day. It was manageable but really disappointing for the price we paid for the unit. The maintenance person and laundry person, once we were able to speak to them, were very helpful in finding a solution. They need to communicate that they are not available on the weekends. Make sure you have your questions/information from them upon check in. Again Unit and location were great!
