Jane's Addiction, que lleva el nombre de nuestra hija, es un hermoso condominio, ubicado en el último piso de un complejo de condominios de 3 pisos, ubicado a 2. 4 millas al sur del muelle de Garden City. Southpointe Villas es el complejo de condominios más meridional de Garden City antes de llegar al punto. Está completamente cerrada con acceso privado a la playa y una piscina frente al mar. Estar en un área con casas en su mayoría privadas significa nunca pelear contra una multitud en la playa. Está a una corta distancia a pie del popular GulfStream Café y Marlin Quay Marina, y muy cerca en coche o en bicicleta del Garden City Pier.

La unidad está recién amueblada y recién pintada. Una característica muy singular es la doble vista desde el balcón. Tiene una vista del océano a su derecha, y a su izquierda está la entrada de Murrells y la hermosa vía fluvial. Puedes ver el Marsh Walk iluminado por la noche. Tanto el atardecer como el amanecer visibles desde el balcón son impresionantes.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y baño en suite. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama matrimonial y una doble sobre litera completa. El sofá cama se despliega en una cama queen.

La unidad incluye Wi-Fi, 3 televisores de pantalla plana, un reproductor de Blue-Ray (con capacidad de Wi-Fi) y un reproductor de DVD. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita y fue renovada en la primavera de 2017.
Las parrillas de carbón exteriores están disponibles para su uso en los terrenos ajardinados.
Una sala de lavandería que funciona con monedas también está disponible para los huéspedes.
La limpieza de salida está incluida.

The property was exactly as described. No issues what so ever. The beach is literally a 3 second walk and the location is perfect. Everything about this place rocked and there were 6 of us in there. Highly recommend!

You can't beat a gated oceanfront space with a pool. The units are very old, but that doesn't even matter - it's comfortable and familiar, and takes me back to the old days of staying here as a child with my family. This unit is well-represented online, but the extras that we didn't realize were a bonus. IE: You can see the ocean from the balcony, but the sunsets on the inlet were spectacular from the balcony as well (and from the sofa). Also, the closest public access is about 1/4 mile down the road, so our beach access was almost private. And having a washer/dryer was clutch, because we added 2 more nights to our stay. We didn't want to leave. Caleb was communicative and friendly, and we've already booked another stay for this weekend.

The condo was perfect for our quick little getaway! Perfect location - easy walk to the beach, the pool, and dinner at The Quay or Gulfstream Cafe. Clean, easy check in / check out, and well stocked. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family stay at Jane's Addiction. The location of the condo is ideal and just what we were looking for--a stone's throw to the beach and a pool for when we needed a break from the sand and waves. Stores, restaurants, shops all right around the corner but you feel like you are in a quiet beach neighborhood. Everything was clean and well kept. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. The host went out of his way to check in on us and was very responsive when we had questions. We loved this condo and will consider renting it again in the future for our family of 6!

We have a really great long weekend at the beach staying at this condo. The condo is updated with all the furnishing we could have asked for. The best part was the location. This condo is in a really nice section of Murrell's Inlet, with mostly houses, so the beach had plenty of space and not busy at all. We also walked to one of the two restaurants which are within walking distance of the condo, and the food was great. As noted in the description, this is the most southerly condo complex, so everything south is houses, making is much less busy than anything up in Myrtle Beach area. The owners were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We had a great family weekend enjoying this property!

We have family in Garden City and visit often. We will have no reservations about staying at Janes Addiction again. Located in a great complex of condos that are kept up, open and bright, and right on the quiet end of Garden City beach. The weather was surprisingly terrible during our stay, but we were comfortable and cozy even while stuck inside. I loved the view of the inlet, and it was great to get peeks of the ocean from our porch and when walking to the beach. I loved the washer and dryer, the king bed is very comfortable and our kids loved the bunks. I highly recommend this little gem of a condo and we will be back!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay over spring break! The location was great and beach access was so convenient. We really enjoyed how quiet the beach was. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked so it was very easy to cook. Check in/check out was easy and communication was wonderful. We are so glad we made the choice to stay here and hope to be back! Thank you!

Everything went smoothly with check in/out and parking/gate access. The place was clean and as pictured and described. The location was perfect for us. Loved that we didn’t have to pack linens and towels. The place was already set with trash bags in place and paper towels and toilet paper on the rolls, which was lovely. We had 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 8. The unit is family friendly and the kids loved it there. Would definitely recommend.
