GORGEOUS TWO BEDROOM CONDO RIGHT ON THE ATLANTIC OCEAN!

  • Come escape to the family-friendly Garden City Beach, just south of Myrtle Beach and in between Surfside and Murrells Inlet. The Royal Garden Resort is a 16-story high rise with an abundance of amenities. This beautiful one-bedroom oceanfront condo offers breathtaking, unobstructed views from a large private balcony — it's truly the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the beach.

    Guests can enjoy a variety of resort-style amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, and cornhole or enjoy our onsite family-friendly beach bar with spectacular ocean views all while enjoying good food and your favorite refreshments. Linens are also included with your reservation, as well as free linen exchange during your stay. In addition, we have onsite or contactless (upon request) check-in making your arrival quick and convenient.

    The resort offers two parking spaces in the onsite parking garage (garage clearance is 6’8”). Limited oversized parking is available, and while golf carts are not permitted in the garage, there is limited overflow parking in front of the garage for golf carts.

    The resort is conveniently located just 5 miles from the popular Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, you’ll be close to jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, waterfront dining and shopping, If you want to enjoy some fishing, we are located in between the Surfside and Garden City pier which also has spectacular views, dining and even arcades for the kiddos.

Good stay overall, and those views are hard to beat! Everything was just as described and check-in was a breeze. A couple of quick suggestions: the beds and the living room TV could use an upgrade for better comfort. Also, heads up that building parking gets really tight during holiday weekends, so plan accordingly if you're visiting during summer long weekend!

The place was neat and clean . It was conveniently right on the beach and we had a great view of it from our balcony . We did have to ask for sheets for the pull out bed because they forgot to leave them but we had no problem getting them from housekeeping .We also liked that there was an indoor pool due to a couple of days of rainy weather and we swam inside . We would definitely stay again .

the facility was nice and clean. Only draw back was there were no ceiling fan's in condo, which are really needed to circulate the air. Air conditioning worked but needed some more circulation. We had to go buy a stand up fan to help keep room cool. Overall it's a very nice place.

4th July stay

Second bedroom was very small, so was the second bath. Check in was after 4 - office closed at 4:30. We got there after 4:30 (4:45). Office needs to be open much later - if not 24/7. Loved the fireworks on the 4th. Had problems with the tv in living room. I would stay there again.

Summer Vacation 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived early and condo was ready which was convenient. We’ve stayed at RGR many times through VRBO and other realty companies. This was first time using Sea Breeze. If I had to say anything was that the condo itself lacked a lot of supplies. Such as laundry detergent, paper towels, cleaning supplies and foil/plastic wrap. Things like that. Luckily we came prepared and had many of these items already. Back glass door also did not lock. And wish the condo had some rugs. But......overall and nice place

This place is in disrepair and very dirty

I would not recommend this unit at all. It is in major disrepair, was dirty, and the kitchen does not have everything you need. The paint is peeling off the doors and trim. The ceiling tiles in the master bathroom are very old and have an abundance of rust. The furnishings are very old. The decor is very outdated and needs to be updated. There was sand all over the kitchen table. The chairs on the balcony are very cheap, uncomfortable and flimsy. I could go on and on. This unit is not as represented.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the balcony was beautiful. If you want to be right on the beach, this place is it! The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. Fourteenth floor was a little high but we got used to it after a day. Like the fact that there was a washer/dryer in the condo. You can tell its an older condo but the location makes up for that. Parking deck is tight, my son's truck wouldn't fit but my dad's Ford Explorer fit just fine. There are two or three parking spots reserved for oversized vehicles.

Great for the little ones! The only down fall was the parking garage was weird. It had a separate entrance and exit but as you drive through it there is only one lane, which caused traffic issues. Also, the elevator was kind of slow. Other than those two things it was great! Can't wait to go back!
