Number two Inlet Cove

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was very good just as we expected. The only downside was the air conditioning did not seem to take the humidity fully out of the air, so was a bit stale, but otherwise all good.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed in 2 separate units during our visit.The 1st unit was good.Everything was just as described.The second unit was a little outdated but was ok.The carpets need a deep cleaning.Housekeeping in both units need to pay attention little more to there cleaning.Renters pay for it to be clean,it should be.Other than that overall, a wonderfull place to stay.The owners to other units were always very nice.The views were grand .Marsh on one side beach on other.I would recommend to family and friends.

IP 2 review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, dripped some water on floor unloading a cooler. Wiped it up and the floor was absolutely filthy. No way it had been mopped any time recently. Flooring is in poor condition. Carpeting is unraveling in places. Couch is shot. Queen bed was awful. The hardest by far I've ever tried to sleep upon. The guest code to the vehicle gate didn't work half of the time. Many guests were having issues with that. Other than that, Inlet Pointe is a great place to stay. It was our 3rd year there. Not sure I'd stay in IP 2 again without some improvements.

Our condo’s location was excellent. The condo is very out dated. The couch, the bedding and the carpeting was very old, and dirty looking and needs replacing. Since COVID-19, I cleaned the condo my self as soon as we arrived. I brought my own linens and towels. That condo needs a deep cleaning and can be updated with minimal cost. Fun was had with family and friends

Great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at Inlet Pointe every year as we love the location. This was our first time in this unit and we will not be returning to this unit again. The furniture and beds are very, very old and dirty. The master bedroom has a bed that is extremely uncomfortable and the bedding is worn and dirty. The kitchen was infested with tiny ants as well as the master bath. We also had several spiders and other bugs throughout the property. The pull out couch in the living room was broken and my youngest children didn’t sleep well because of this. The blinds throughout the property were old and broken so in the master bedroom the light from the hallway just shown into the bedroom at night, same with the bedroom and living room so no one could sleep in in the mornings. The unit had no WiFi and this was not disclosed. In an era where it’s expected of every hotel and vacation rental, this was very disappointing. In the kitchen there were no frying pans and for silverware there was only one butter knife.

Great Family Vacation spot !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for the beach, the complex has a nice pool, laundry area. We basically had our own pier to fish and crab from. Only a short drive to restaurants on the strip and only about a 15 min drive to the main strip for shopping and grocery's.

Carpet was dirty (but was cleaned while there) It would be nice to have wifi, Did like having linen package. Lots of problems on arrival but realty was on top of it. Kudos to them!

A little disappointed

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen is outdated. No ice maker. Blended couldn't be used because it was rusted. There were not bowls with lids. The kitchen table is not safe for children. The glass on top of it moved every time we sat at it. There was not a clothes line string on the porch. I had no where to hang wet bathing suits. Inlet pointe rules prohibit you from hanging clothes from clothes the balcony. There was only 1 chair on the patio. For a family of 5 this did not work. When the kids came in wet they had no where to dry off. TV needs to be updated. There were ants in the bathroom all week. We tried all week to figure out how to work the TV in the master bedroom but could only get it to stay on channel 22. There needs to be curtains on the bedroom windows because the lights from the hallway are so bright. This is our 1st year renting through Garden City Realty, it was over $200 more than renting from Dunes. We wanted to try something on the 1st floor. From now on I will be glad to walk up the stairs.

For the very first time we had complaints about the wagon and beach stuff out side the door, it was neat and not in the way, I was very disappointed and embarrassed.

Carpets dingy, microwave timer unreadable, livingroom ceiling fan noisy, wall paper pealing and water stains on ceiling in baths. The place grows on you. The initial appearance just takes you down a few notches early on. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Nice pool and easy access to the beach.

In Inlet point 2 I would recommend new bedspreads since they have been there for many years. We laundered the queen coverlet when we arrived and it looked and felt much better.

I have back issues and after just the first night I couldnt walk the next morning. We ended up buying a mattress pad while on vacation so we could get some sleep.We loved having the fishimg pier, my husband and 3 sons walked out every night we were there. Over all we had a great vacation stay!!

Minimum of dishware, pots, and no kitchen knife. The fact that the air conditioning unit was on the patio made that area useless. The fact that a closet had been turned into a second bathroom was almost false advertising... the shower was TINY. The entire unit could use updating if owners intend to rent it for the amount I paid. The best thing the unit had going for it was the location.

Reviewer Comments: The subfloor in the bathroom felt as though you were going to fall through. It needs to be replaced. The cleaning company left garbage on the balcony behind the air conditioner, including cigarettes. I called the manager of Garden City Realty and it was not taken care of. I have been going to these condos for many years and was extremely disappointed. My aunt actually rented this the week after us. The blinds fell on her head, thank God it wasn't one if the kids' heads, and she requested another condo. :(
