¡LARGO Y AMOROSO! Un montón de espacio EN ESTE 3 Bedroom Condo justo en el océano!

Este condominio está ubicado en el acogedor Garden City Beach área de la familia, al sur de Myrtle Beach. Este condominio de tres dormitorios es en el de 16 pisos de gran altura Royal Garden Resort. El Royal Garden Resort cuenta con una gran piscina exterior e interior y una bañera de hidromasaje. Hay una sala de juegos en el sitio con juegos para todas las edades. Ropa de cama están incluidos en la reserva y pueden ser cambiados diariamente para ropa de cama. El check-in está en el sitio para una conveniencia fácil y rápida.

Dirty and parking and the sewer smell

The room was very dirty and the entire time had a sewer smell. The parking garage was horrible. Trying to get in and out with an suv was terrible. As a family we would not be staying there again. We even left a day early.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I came there for a “time apart” four years after my wife and I stayed at Royal Garden Resort. Barbara died three months later and I was hoping to find a greater peace by returning to that “happy place”! That, indeed, did happen.However, I was disappointed that condo #1401 was so dated, run down, and ill equipped. Sockets were so overloaded that there was hardly a convenient place to plug in a charger for my phone or computer, and it seemed to be very unsafe! Kitchen utensils were in such short supply that if the unit were fully used with 6-10 people you would have to use the dish washer after every meal. And don’t get me started on the worn out frying pans and cheap balcony chairs! Seriously, people, for that price I should be able to expect better than that.The decoration were nice, however one needs to do more than just look at the ambiance of a place.

Fan over stove barely worked, stove needs replacing, only one dish rag and one dish towel for a week, floors were very sticky, we had to have maintenance come and put new rollers in sliding glass door, we couldn't get door open at all.

Love coming to Myrtle Beach its beautiful with plenty to do.

The property was nice. It was a great location. Needs more dishes to cook with. It had a musty smell to it and furniture was dirty.

Reasonably priced ocean front condo. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The property is dated and could use an update and new mattresses, but we enjoyed our Easter getaway.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was exactly as pictured. My biggest complaint is the parking. It was a complete nightmare. There were ZERO spots available. We were given 2 passes per room (so 4 parking spaces total.) IF you went anywhere, you had to hope you got lucky. If not, you drive around the tightest parking garage ever and hoped that someone left. EVERYONE complained. People sat in the garage literally refusing to move because they had nowhere to go. It was miserable and needs to be fixed before renting out these rooms at this price without mentioning that you may or may not have anywhere to park.

Location is great.

Loved the location. The room smelled musky/mildewy when we opened the door. The balcony was full of pigeon poop and on the furniture. The property manager Lindsey was amazing she came up and cleaned it promptly. Over all the place was okay and we enjoyed our weekend.

Reviewer Comments: Hi I would not recommend this resort to anyone because the first night the air didn't work in the two back rooms and the whole time we were there the bathrooms reaped of sewage it was a awful smell we complained but didn't get a response and the master bedroom the bed slept so awful my back literally hurt me the whole time I was there been back home 3 days and it's finally stop hurting so overall I would give you no 🌟 and I will never rent there again... and it was my birthday...

If the three elevators only one went to the ground floor to get to the ocean, swimming pools. The pool table didn't work. We have a handicapped child and the property wasn't handicapped friendly.

OPur goal was to provide an atmosphere of relaxation for the adults and a time of play for the children. Royal Gardens satisfied all or needs for success. We are grateful !

On site personnel were a pleasure to work with - made the process simple.
