Seasonal rentals, April through November are weekly rentals with arrivals Saturdays and departures Saturdays. Winter Months rental options month to month - --December, January, February, March - Please request from us in messenger the Monthly Rates for Winter Rentals.

    This direct oceanfront property appx 1250 sq ft, 2 bedroom 2 bath located on 7th floor of Garden City's Premier Luxury Condominiums. Located just 10 minutes from Airport and 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Views of the ocean from ceiling to floor sliders opening to large balcony with access from Master Bedroom. The unit is furnished with 65 inch Smart TV in the living room and 51 inch TV in Master Bedroom. FREE WIFI available in unit. King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom updated with oversized custom tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed and access to adjoining bath Queen sleep sofa in Living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Condo has security and 2 spaces for parking in covered garage. Elevator access to unit and parking garage.

Another amazing week

This was the third time we’ve stayed in this condo and loved every second each time The owners communicate very well to help with the process We tried to book next years spring break but wasn’t available We look forward to hopefully coming back some day

Love this property! We have been staying with my in laws at this property for years, however this year we rented our own unit and LOVED IT! Highly recommend!

Girls beach trip

Fantastic Condo

Stayed for Thanksgiving week. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Owners are a pleasure to work with. Most important all the chairs and the sofa in the living room were comfortable, as we spent a lot of time sitting in them and enjoying the view.

Very lovely and well cared for. Owners have been great for both our visits -once in 2020 and again in 2024. We have already booked our 2024 rental. Comfortable, Clean and Convenient.

Fun in the sun

The property was clean, which is very important to us, and upgraded. Containing all amenities necessary for us to have a fun filled vacation. The view to the ocean was spectacular. Enjoyed watching sunrises from the swivel chairs next to the floor to ceiling windows. Would recommend this place to anyone and, hopefully, will be staying here again.

Walked in front door and got the view of the ocean. WOW. Beautiful place. Slept real well. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Really want to go back sometime.

This Condo was fantastic!! It was a beautiful location! The views were phenomenal and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay! The communication with the owners were great!! If i had any questions, they responded quickly!! We will be going back again!!

Garden City Beach

Loved the location, the condo was very comfortable and had great views. The owner was very responsive. Like many condos in this area you need to bring all your own supplies. Would definitely rent again.
