Great family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was definitely our favorite rental we have ever stayed in at garden city. The location was just perfect for us. We were celebrating my moms 82nd birthday and wanted something easy and accessible for her to enjoy the beach. The beautiful screened in porch and veranda off her bedroom were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could enjoy staying in and cooking some nights. Such a great location for going out to eat or shop. We will definitely return!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Ocean Cove before in another unit. The other unit was renovated and more comfortable, but this unit had tvs in every room and more seating. We had very cold nights, and the heating unit kept up to the task. We had trouble with the Internet service and called. The realty IT man did a good job contacting the server. They were having trouble with the area because of the cold weather. The Internet never was right. We had to reconnect every time we changed sites.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oceancove 106 was a bit tighter on space than it appeared in pictures. Location was good, even with the beach renurshing project going on. Little bit of walk to get to pool form this condo. Maintance came to take care of few items-DVD player & replace light bulbs. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had adiquate supplies. It would be nice if ice maker was added to the wet bar. Parking was available under the structure, that was nice. Full size washer and dryer located at entrance was great- worked well, less noise. Didn't heat up the condo. Contractors came to board up for hurricane Irma approaching. Not anyone fault about cutting a day short for that. overall well kept property, it is the end of the season, it could use some sprucing up. Good value for the money.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was construction going on on both sides and directly above my condo for two months. I could hear every sound they made. It was bad. I felt that the realtors should have known about it and rented me something else. However, when I told them about it they accommodated me by giving me a choice of three other places to stay in. They were very professional about it and I would highly recommend doing business with them as I am going to do business with them again.

It's close enough to any activity you want to do, place you want to eat, but you're not in a crowd fighting for beach space. We would definitely consider coming back next time. The only downside was how much noise you could hear within the unit and from neighboring units, especially upstairs.
