“I really liked it The only thing is that unlike other apartments I’ve stayed at, the Lennox did not have anyone to help you with your bags during check in and check out So if the person you booked with isn’t there to meet you face to face (which was the case for me), then you may have to carry your own bags For the cost, I didn’t expect this to be the case, but it was. It wasn’t a great inconvenience which is why I still gave 4 stars but I would consider that before booking next time...

“The customer service, a guy called Gibson, for the apartments rented out by Expedia was terrible. I booked for 3 nights and called after 2 nights several times requesting for clean fresh towels and to clean the apartment, but nothing happened. The people at the reception of the building were also not able to assist as the put all responsibility to guy Gibson. So no collaboration of the people working in the building to provide the guests basic assistance and service, which left me to clean...

“This hotel pretend to have a shuttle. this is not true. Rooms are dirty, uncleaned and trashy. I waited from 9 pm until 1 am at the airport for the shuttle that never came. I paid $50 to get there. The room stinks, the pool is unhealthy, there is no manager, just a front desk constantly calling the so called manager to get instructions about the selected room, he never answers. He is constantly absent. I want to be reimbursed”

" There are only three high-quality hotels to stay at in Accra, and the Marriott is one of them. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly convenient. It’s also located near a convenience store, a café, a KFC, and a small shopping mall, which adds to its accessibility. The room is spacious, though the bathroom initially appears dirty; upon closer inspection, it’s actually worn and stained from use, making it difficult to clean thoroughly. The gym is small but equipped with cardio machines and a few free weights. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and offers a wide variety of options. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. The level of service was exceptional, with every staff member I interacted with going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible."
