  • Wake up to coffee with relaxing views of the ocean and the inlet waterway from your master bedroom. Garden City has so much to offer in this small beach town. From entertainment for the whole family, a pier that offers great views, and great local restaurants all within close walking distance of the condo. The property has a pool and hot tub for your enjoyment and the beach is located across the street from the condo. Everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach is provided including fresh linens! The condo is sanitized after each guest with a hospitable grade Airetrex365 air purifying system. Come and stay at the Garden City Guest House and make memories that will last for a lifetime. *****Monthly rates are available in the offseason*****

Perfection

The property and unit was very easily accessible. The unit was so nice and the weather was perfect. The owner was so nice and she communicated well. I had a couple questions and she answered them immediately. She was very helpful and I plan to stay here again. I would recommend 100/10.

Loved it! Very satisfied! Laura is friendly, polite, all around good person. Location is awesome! The pier is practically around the corner so my son and i would walk there everyday! I would stay again in a heartbeat, too bad i cant afford another trip this summer lol.

Garden city

This is our first time using VRBO and we stayed in three places on this vacation and we were pleasantly surprised how nice and stocked all three were,basically just bring your toothbrush and clothes. Our host Laura was in constant contact with us to make sure all was well from start to finish at this location

Great little getaway!

Laura’s place was just right for a quick trip with my 2 boys. Beach access was great, the condo was all that we needed and the beds were comfy! It’s a little noisy at night (lots of big trucks revving their engines and fireworks til pretty late) but it’s to be expected at a beach town in the summer. Thanks for the fun!

Not terrible for the cost

The place was in a great location, you can look off the balcony and see the ocean. You’re only about a block from the beach. But things that could some attention would be the bed, chairs on balcony were a little rough, needs some tlc here and there. The bed squeaked a lot so if you’re a light sleeper it will wake u up every time you move or roll over. All in all it wasn’t a horrible stay

Ideal Location

This place was perfect as far as location goes. We were able to fish, crab, beach, swim, eat and shop all within walking distance. We made friends with other renters/tenants and we enjoyed the band from the bar next door. Everything we needed was close. The VRBO listing states there are 2 bedrooms and each has a queen and a fold out. There is definitely only 1 bedroom and a queen sized fold out couch and a very small cot probably only ok for a toddler. 4 people was a squeeze here but everything else was so perfect we didn't even mind - it was like a family sleep over. :-)
