106 Sea Oaks es un condominio frente al mar ubicado a media milla al norte del muelle de Garden City Beach. El edificio de condominios elevado de 33 unidades ofrece una piscina frente al mar (45 x 30 a 5 pies de profundidad), un cenador y una gran terraza con asientos que se encuentra en la playa. El edificio cuenta con ascensor y amplio estacionamiento.

106 Sea Oaks se encuentra en el primer piso y ofrece vistas espectaculares de la hermosa playa de Garden City. Mirando hacia el sur está el muelle de Garden City y al norte, a lo lejos, está el muelle de Surfside con nada más que la playa en el medio.

Por las mañanas, observe el amanecer, durante el día, la marea yendo y viniendo, y todas las actividades que puede ofrecer una playa. Todo esto desde la comodidad de un porche proyectado, con mesa y sillas provistas para su conveniencia.

La decoración interior de la playa es tan cálida y acogedora como la playa y la vista al mar desde la puerta del patio. El salón ofrece vistas al océano, pisos de baldosas de cerámica, amplio espacio para sentarse, televisión por cable y se abre al porche con mosquitero.

El dormitorio principal frente al mar ofrece una cama queen size, armario, tocador, pisos de tablones de vinilo y su propio baño con ducha. Abra la ventana por la noche y duerma con el sonido de las olas que ruedan en la playa.

El segundo dormitorio ofrece una litera de tamaño completo con dos camas individuales en la parte superior, espacio en el armario y una cómoda y pisos de tablones de vinilo. The inside and outside doesnt match

The outside of the building and the condo feont door had me second guessing my choice for my family. Its not new and the door needs updated but the inside is nice just like the pictures. It fit perfect for our first time staying at the ocean. We had necer stayed somewhere thay we had to bring everything we needed with us and probably wont stay again at a place that doesnt supply basic needs like toilet paper and sheets, etc. Its too much to pack for a family. Then you spend way too much getting stuff you need only for 3 days. The keurig didnt work which really was disappointing and no where insude the condo is there instructions for the tv's, wifi or log ins so we just didnt use them. We were outside mostly anyway but it was annoying the few hours we were inside. There are pots amd pans but that was about the extent of the provisions. Again the place is nice, it fit my family of 5 with 3 teens very comfortably. It was just a learning lesson for us. As long as your used to having to supply things like your toilet paper, hand towels, beach towels, bath towels and sheets this is a great ocean front place.

Perfect eye level with ocean condo

It was a perfect location. We were half a mile walk to the garden city pier, which was beautiful to see from our balcony at night. This condo included everything we needed. The linen package for 100 is so worth it! There was a nice separation between bedrooms for privacy! Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a great size. Nice hot water and the bonus is a washer/dryer!

Location, location, location

Wonderful stay. Having rolling carts and an elevator were big pluses for loading and unloading vehicle. Condo location is great. Be careful with the the twin beds. They are leg and head bangers. All came home with bruises. lol. Great kitchen, well stocked and nice appliances. Would stay there again. Thank you Marshall.

The place was great! Very nice & comfortable and had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean! Small complex surrounded by small complexes so the beach wasn’t over populated. Marshall communicated with me throughout the entire renting process and was super nice! …. Answered all My questions and ones I didn’t even think to ask! Definitely would rent again!

Vacation getaway

Interior was very nice and ocean view incredible. Might consider different outdoor seating. Elevated chairs may improve visibility of the beach from the deck. Front door lock is a little tricky at first but we eventually got the hang of it. Overall, a very nice visit. However, the exterior of this building is in desperate need of an update and/or paint. Could be a turn off for some folks. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay!! The unit was very clean and so nice. The use of space was amazing. The kitchen was great. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view and sounds. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very informative and answered any questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness VS fun in the sun!

We had a fabulous time. We went on a dolphin cruise, ate dinner at JPeters in the Marsh, explored with a golf cart and spent hours on the beach and in the pool. Weather was glorious! We vacation here in this area every year. With that being said; the overall cleanliness of the condo would have been embarrassing to the owners. My husband who does not complain, complained! The throw rugs on the floor were filthy and smelled. We made sure we wore shoes in the condo. The blinds and fixtures around the condo had a lot of built up dust. Especially the fan on the ceiling. We turned the fan on and dust spun everywhere. We did not use the fan. We were going to take care of these small but ESSENTIAL cleaning issues , but we were on vacation. I also know after this review the standard response from the owners will be; no one notified us so we could have sent Someone out. Well, this cleaning would have taken days to rectify. I am a nurse and I expect basic cleanliness . If the owners saw this I am positive they would be upset about the money they are spending on a cleaning crew that IS NOT doing their job! The response and communication from the owner was top notch and I am positive beyond a doubt that the cleanliness issue is NOT known by the owner. Chris
