“A+. Will stay here again!”

“The location is very good The property is clean and with very good room facilities. The area of our room was great and the room accesories of high quality Personnel friendly and helpful”

“Otieno Erick at reception was very helpful upon our arrival, great service from all the staff at the Serena.”

“El personal es increíble y el hotel hermoso ”

“Me gusta el hecho que es un hotel tradicional, pero creo que deberían preocuparse de mantenerlo mejor, los enchufes en 2 de las habitaciones que estuve no funcionaban. Pedí adaptador y no les quedaban. El restaurant especializado en carnes, tenía la mitad de la carta que ofrecía.”

“Asante And Naomi were helpful. The apartment is lovely and well presented. Out of 30 properties i have stayed at in Kenya, this is highly ranked. The price is very reasonable to what you get. ”

“Very good location. Convenient. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to Kenya national museum. I would go there again, especially if I planing stay overnight before I go to Masai Mara. ”

“The staff at the Nairobi Safari Club Hotel are very nice and welcoming. The breakfast and restaurant food was also enjoyable. ”

“We loved our 5 day stay here. Our “lodge” overlooked the river gorge with the lovely sound of the river and views of the National Park. The gardens are stunning, like being in Kew Gardens. Staff were attentive. The food in the dining room was elaborate and flavourful - with lots of choice at the buffet. We would not hesitate to recommend nor return for another visit.”

“Gran hotel y las personas increíbles ”

“Had to wait because room was not yet ready even after check-in time! Then room was full of mosquitoes and not properly cleaned because the windows stayed open. Had to be moved to a different room with less amenities for the stay. Lack of communication between staff as they change shifts so we had to pay twice for a late check-out. Could not work that day because of the back and forth. Still waiting for the refund of the double late checkout fee payment.”

“Danke schön für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft jederzeit wieder gerne ☺️”
