The organization was very poor. I was offered early check in for a fee, then when I tried to purchase it was told my request was declined. Assuming we couldn't get into the building early, we took our luggage to a nearby restaurant to wait. It wasn't until an hour before check in that they told me we could use the pool and store our luggage if needed. Overall very poor communication. For the cost of the place, you'd expect a few basics in the apartment. No dish soap, even though they expect you to clean the dishes before you leave. No recycling bin, but you have to take it down to the parking garage before you leave. No extra towels for the pool. Only 1 sample size shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom, not nearly enough for 10 people over 4 days.Despite charging a cleaning fee, they had very strict instructions that we must clean the place before check out, and threats of addition fees if it wasn't up to their standards. The apartment itself was fine. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. But not worth it, given the host company is just trying to charge you for as much as they can without providing much in return.
