“Staff was helpful and location was good (near airport), but that was about it. Room was oretty scuffed, there was no wifi nor shampoo/soap for the bathroom. Would not stay again.”

“There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

“This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying...
