Everyone was so kind and accommodating from the moment we got there. We really enjoyed all the amenities that they offered. And the airport shuttle was easy to obtain. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family.

The pool area located close to the beach was perfect for relaxing. It was great having such easy access to the beautiful beach. Rooms were spacious and clean. The friendly staff made the trip special. We’ll definitely recommend and stay again.

The recently renovated property was thoughtfully done, contemporary & impressive. Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The entire team was welcoming, professional & friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our Jamaican breakfast meals when we opted to not have Continental Breakfast (that came with our package). We watched some World Cup action by the bar area, which also offered a quiet space for a night cap. The infinity pool opened out onto the beachfront, which was perfect! Getting to locations like the West End required transportation assistance, which the hotel facilitated. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay; we would return. Highly recommend!

A lovely boutique hotel in a very safe area, conveniently located near a grocery store with several restaurants just a short walk down the strip. The hotel itself is beautiful, featuring a gorgeous beach area, a nice pool, and a great bar. One thing to keep in mind: if you’re hoping for an ocean view, be sure to book a room on the second floor, as the bushes can block the view from first-floor rooms. The staff was definitely welcoming and I love that they played Caribbean music vs American 80s music.

My work team stayed for 3 days during the Hurricane Melissa relief and we had the most excellent experience. From the manager Ramoy McFarlane - he was attentive from the moment we arrived to our departure, the brilliant front desk staff Shericka and Akeem to the restaurant staff Kerri-Ann everyone made it such a memorable stay. The rooms and amenities were beautiful!

The room was clean and cool upon entrance. The grounds are well kept as well as most of the staff are friendly and helpful, shootout to Blair the lifeguard who made our stay smooth as well as the security who brought our bags to our room kudos to him. On the website it says complimentary breakfast but that doesn't comprise of the ackee and saltfish on their Instagram page. However you must give that a try. All meals we're excellent in my opinion. Another thing to note it is a cashless property so ensure that you have a working card. They also have $200 usd security deposit that must be paid upon checking in. Rooms are equipped with lotion, hand soap shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Housekeeping is present everyday and mini bar is available at an additional cost. Overall it was an excellent stay will definitely be back

Beautiful newly renovated property. A few teething problems but I’m sure these will all be rectified quickly. Overall we had a great stay, I’d definitely recommend and will be back next time I’m in Negril

The hotel itself was beautiful—new, modern, and exceptionally clean. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and everything looked fresh and updated. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short because of the staff. While they were professional, every interaction felt robotic, cold, and impersonal. There was very little warmth or genuine hospitality, which made the stay feel less welcoming. Another disappointment was the lack of amenities. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected much more. There simply wasn’t enough value to justify the cost. If you’re looking for a clean, new place to stay, this hotel fits the bill. However, if you value friendly service, amenities, and getting good value for your money, you may want to consider other options. Couples Swept Away and Rui Negril were amazing!

We had an incredible time at Footeprints. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very easy to access. The service from Nas, Kerry Anne, Melonie, and Derron was wonderful. Everything felt effortless and they all made us feel so welcome. The food was so good and the staff did a great job recommending meals they thought would fit our taste. Every suggestion was spot on. I also had an excellent massage from Carol that was so relaxing. The hotel is right on a gorgeous beach and the whole property felt very safe and comfortable. I would absolutely feel fine staying here even as a solo traveler. I honestly wish I could go back already. I would easily give Footeprints five stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Negril. Such a beautiful experience and amazing hospitality.

Room was clean and you can tell it’s new. Staff friendly, right on beach. But, nothing over the top, no spa, restaurant basic, bar/bartenders had limited product and for then price I could have been something with more accommodations. I wish I stayed at the skylark next door more lively and had everything you would have expected from a new place like this. Also, shuttle from and to airport would have been $200 each way. Personally now that I’ve been no Negril, I find a chill inexpensive place because you’re mostly out on beach and not living in your room. Otherwise spend the extra and stay and sandals up the road.

Staying at Negril Footeprints was an absolute delight. From the relaxing ambience of the property, to the warm hospitality of the staff which really contributed to the reset experience I was looking for. If you ever visit, you must try the Jamaican breakfast at the on property restaurant Blushy’s. The mackerel run dung to be exact, truly delicious and I looked forward to having the blue mountain coffee with sweetened condensed milk each morning. It’s a foodie’s dream. There’s a lot of attention to detail in the rooms and common areas which I admire as well. For example, the straw bed side mats that adds that lovely texture and Jamaican element to the room along with the mustard accent chair. As well as Mrs. Foote one the owners tending to the plants on site was also a highlight for me as a plant lover. Thank you to Ramoy and the Footeprints team for an enjoyable experience at this hotel. Shouts to Akeem and Oshane for making sure I was okay throughout my stay.
