"The owner of the timeshare and I had trouble getting on the same page for this stay. I tried to cancel the stay prior to the trip, but was outside my cancellation window. I was told in writing by the owner (4 days prior to arriving), that the front desk had my name and would be ready for my arrival. When I got to the property, they had no luck finding my reservation, and after a couple of hours of trying to connect with the host, they were able to put me in a different room. The property is...

"Hotel was pretty clean, and they accept pets so it kinda smelled of dogs and pee in the hallway. Shower is extremely small I'm 5'6"and it was a struggle to take a good shower. Staff was awesome tho."
