El buffet delicioso…Si volveríamos sin pensarlo! "

"I arrived at the airport at 7:30 pm and could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk to call for the shuttle. The extension for the shuttle hung up on me 3 times as soon as I selected the shuttle option from the automated message system when you call the phone number. So I tried to get. Day two my key stopped working (an issue I overheard another guest had also had the night before).I was in a room that was the further est away from the front desk I think you can get in that hotel. Third floor, all the way at the very end of the hallway. So after a long day of walking around Reno I go up to my room only to have to return to the front desk to get my key fixed and then walk all the way back to the room. All in all was not a great experience. Would not stay there again. "
