Great accommodations

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious, clean and easy access to entertainment and shopping (and the AC works great on these hot Texas days!) We would definitely stay here again! The beds were very comfortable and overall a great experience.

Wonderful Property

This was an amazing home for our trip to Wimberley. Close to our horse show venue and right in the middle of all the very cool restaurants and shops in Wimberley.

Oak Lodge

This property is close to everything in Wimberley but secluded from the hustle & bustle. The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We plan to stay here again soon.

Check-in was easy, ktichen was stocked. Garbage disposal wasn't working though. Could use dish rags to dry dishes as there is no dishwasher.

4 friends had more room than needed in the very spacious cabin. It needs place mats to protect the table & hot pads for the kitchen.

Great Place to Stay

The home was an older home which had been updated, and it was clean and comfortable with adequate space. The host was very accommodating, and coffee, cream, and snacks were provided for us. The only thing we would suggest would be better lighting for putting on makeup in the larger bathroom adjoining the bedroom with two beds.

Great cabin, good location

We were very pleased with out stay. The cabin was perfect; spotless, well equipped, comfortable. Pots/pans utensils were perfectly fine. The amenities on the property were nice - the kids enjoyed them, especially the tetherball. The location is also great. It's close enough to "downtown" Wimberly, but still feels secluded and quiet. Overall a great experience and would certainly recommend.

Close to downtown & Comfy

Very comfy place to spend a relaxed weekend. We enjoyed the short drive to everything we wanted in Wimberley! The property is beautiful and would be great for a family reunion. Would love to go back when it’s warmer to take advantage of the pool. Good indoor space. Full size bed mattresses in one bedroom were not comfy, but other beds were good. Would definitely rent again.

It was great and exactly what we needed for this trip-a Thursday night wedding in Wimberley. It’s a little hard to find at night so keep a close eye out. The only suggestion would be the hot water doesn’t get very hot.

Family get away

The cabin itself was nice. The water heater wasn't fully functioning. It ran out of hot water quickly. Hopefully they will fix that. The one front bedroom could use a ceiling fan and better lighting. The large bathroom's sink was a little awkward and would shoot water on you. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and time together.

Locked out with no help!

When we returned to lodge from Sat shopping at 530p, the door would not unlock. Started calling only # available and for next 2 hours got cut off and put on hold. There was a total of 5 people trying the combo to no avail. There was not a lockbox on the building as we were told. No one locally to help. Finally found a window unlocked - the neighbor crawled thru and opened the door. Have tried to speak to management but according to her I “ interrupted” her so she would not converse with me and hung up, refusing to take my calls. One of my friends is a stroke victim and needed her meds which were locked up. The

Cute cabin but oven/ stove was fire hazard

Cute cabin, comfy beds, nice pool. The oven/stove was a fire hazard, though. It threw big sparks when we tried to turn it on. Property manager was very responsive but later a maintenance worker let it slip that the oven had been out for 2 weeks. Lots of people probably wouldn't mind having to eat out, but I'm battling a major illness and my friends and I hauled a ton of groceries out there to cook.. I politely asked for a partial refund but was ignored. Also, they should go their linens; many towels had huge holes in them.
