Summary:
Our cozy victorian studio is located in the middle of everything New Orleans has to offer! You are within walking distance to Jazz Fest, the Fairgrounds, City Park, NOMA, Bayou St John, restaurants, bars. You are 1.8 miles from the French Quarter which is a 7 min Uber ride. The Garden District including Magazine Street are only a 10 min Uber ride.

The Space:
Our studio is decorated in a boho victorian style. We're full time artists ourselves and wanted to create a space with a relaxing mix of colors, textures, and patterns. A great place to chill, when you're not enjoying everything New Orleans has to offer! There's a record player so you can listen to some tunes while you relax. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.

Guest Access:
Along with the beautiful studio you have access to our serene plant covered porch which includes your own private bistro table to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice chilled beverage.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the lovely Bayou St. John neighborhood. It's a quiet area and the perfect central location close enough to the action of the French Quarter or the serenity of City Park.

Getting Around:
There is free first come first serve parking on the street. You are within walking distance of bike rentals, kayak rentals, the bus stop, and our historic streetcar trolley. All of the popular rideshare services are available here as well. The Lafitte Greenway is nearby and will take you to the French Quarter by foot or bike.

Other Things to Note:
We have a central ac/heat system that powers the entire home on both sides. The temperature is set between 70-75 daily depending on the weather. If you have any issues just send us a text and we can adjust accordingly.

Interaction with Guests:
Our home is a double shotgun home which means we live on one side. If any problems or queries should arise, we are available by text.
