“It was nice, well kept. Not sure if the owner is around or close to proximity though. Everything was tidy. There was internet but had a time staying connected during the day. ”

“There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!”

“Comfortable quiet place with friendly host. Easy parking and access. Smaller kitchen which was fine for us since we did only takeout and eat out. Large space with many beds for a large group. ”

“I made a foolish mistake, so this review is just to help others from doing the same. This is a bedroom and bathroom only. The kitchen, living area and patio are all shared with the owners and any other potential guests. The owners have a beautiful large dog. We were unable to stay, because i have an unfriendly little dog so i can not comment on the actual stay. ”

“Check in was easy once our code was sent, Inside everything was very basic clean, functional. Toys in yard and Netflix was great for grandkids.Only down side was the out side was unkept. We a good stay.”
