Terrific location close to everything we needed and wanted to see on our first visit to New York. Access was easy and we felt safe during our stay. Perfect for a couple wanting to visit. Alex was easy to communicate with and messaged us to make sure all was ok which was very nice.

Everything was great except there is a very strong air freshener odor throughout the building and especially in the room. For sensitive people, it’s headache inducing. There was also something spilled in the hallway leading to my room that was not cleaned up the whole time I was there. Communication with property manager was excellent and of course, great location. The building itself and the room has charm.

This room is very nice, I stayed here by myself. It has a nice couch to sit on or put your stuff on. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small, but the shower pressure was nice. The noise level is the only thing that was an issue as the windows did not keep any sound out. I ended up putting on Spotify and listening to White noise on the television to be able to sleep. But you are in midtown so it is to be expected. The building is in a great location, easy to use the code to get in and out. The lobby is very nice, I didn't end up using the gym but poked my head in and it looked nice. Would definitely consider staying here again if I had to stay in midtown.
