I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience; however, I would like to mention an issue that affected my stay. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent and at times did not work properly, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature while showering.
I understand that occasional maintenance issues can happen, but I hope the hotel can address this matter to ensure a better experience for future guests. Aside from this, the staff was courteous and the rest of the stay was satisfactory.

Recientemente me hospedé en este hotel y, en general, tuve una experiencia agradable; sin embargo, quisiera mencionar un inconveniente que afectó mi estadía. El agua caliente en la ducha era inconsistente y en ocasiones no funcionaba correctamente, lo que dificultaba mantener una temperatura cómoda al bañarse.
Entiendo que pueden surgir problemas de mantenimiento ocasionalmente, pero espero que el hotel pueda solucionar esta situación para garantizar una mejor experiencia a futuros huéspedes. Fuera de esto, el personal fue amable y el resto de la estadía fue satisfactorio.
