My reservation got cancel a week prior my stay. Apparently the owner of the unit cancel the reservation without any explanation. This was a trip that was planned since the beginning of this year. Can you imagine going to New York in this cold weather to find out you don’t have a place to stay??? I know I found out a week prior but can you imagine??? Still it was so difficult to find another hotel where to stay last minute. That’s not the right way to do bussines. I also had to wait more than 2 weeks for my refund.

If I could give this zero stars, that’s what I would rate it. We booked this trip 10 months ago and the owner canceled 12 days before the trip on Thanksgiving day. Leaving us to try to find a hotel during the busiest time of the year in NYC. We ended up having to pay double the amount we had this trip reserved for.. I had to call several times to get the refund and I still haven’t gotten the refund for the VRBO service fee.. beware of this owner we have found similar stories on Reddit since this was canceled.

They did not have a room for us at all. We had to go to a completely different hotel. Highly DO NOT recommend. And I still haven’t received my refund yet.

The location was absolutely perfect to explore New York City. Our studio was great. Absolutely spotless and very spacious. Great city views. Check in and out was easy. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Suite was new and clean. Noise and vibrations from construction a block away made sleeping very difficult. It appears that the JP Morgan mega highrise construction has been able to avoid noise abatements from the city of NYC or perhaps there are none ? The suite faces street side and so the relentless construction activity resulted in, " Sleepless in NYC".

Excellent location, clean and upscale

Excellent location for walking to many areas in New York City. We saw four Broadway shows and were able to walk to every single one of the theaters. There is a subway station close by. The communication from the host and the facility itself were excellent. The room was clean and felt upscale. My only complaint was a little bit of confusion over the actual address. What was listed on the VRBO site is not what is communicated from the host. That was my error not his as he sent me the directions in a message. But when I went back to the listing, I accidentally clicked on the wrong address. Overall I would 100%stay here again!
