No había cupo en el estacionamiento, tuvimos que dejar el carro a 5 min caminando. Nos informaron que el desayuno era hasta las 11am, y era hasta las 10am de lunes a viernes 👎

El hotel está bien 👍. No me gusto el desayuno extremadamente pobre y con la excusa del covid no limpian las habitaciones. Lo que me gusto es la cercanía a las cataratas. El hotel no e muy grande.

We enjoyed much the nice decorations, the good value, and good variety of breakfast foods that were included. When something did happen, as they can in any hotel, the manager accommodated us and responded in a professional way.

El hotel esta un poquito lejos del parque, como a 10 o 15 minutos caminando pero es algo q disfrutamos hacer en familia y el clima estaba perfecto para hacerlo. El desayuno estaba expectacular, con varias opciones. El personal del hotel fue amable. Solo pienso que deberian poner mas toallas a disposicion y aseo en la habitacion (es decir gel de bano y champu) eramos 3 en la habitation y exactamente 3 toallas al dia, y el gel de bano apenas alcanzaba para una vez. Pero de forma general fue una buena experiencia. Creo q volveria a quedarme en ese hotel, en in futuro

Good Morning. I was sorry to hear that you stated our complimentary breakfast which includes everything from Cornflakes, cheerios, Special K with strawberries, oatmeal, three varieties of yogurts, chocolate milk, skim milk, whole milk, plain yogurt with 9 condiments, either bananas, apples or pears, strawberry topping, scones or Cheddar biscuit, apple or blueberry muffins, either bacon, sausage, omelets, waffles, quiche, soufflé, wheat bagel, plain bagel cinnamon bagel, wheat bread, whole grain bread, boiled eggs, and a variety of sauces as well as coffee 4 variety of teas and 24 hour coffee and teas as well was the same everyday.

Laundry washer can not be used for the simple reason that no maintenance is available to empty out the filled up coin holder. Same kind of food is served for breakfast everyday.

Very nice, friendly staff, very clean with a very good breakfast included. Close to the falls. Spacious room, and good amenities including washer and drier. They could just digitize perhaps their use instead of coins.

Nice hotel for the price. Very clean. Conveniently located. Within walking distance of the casino. The breakfast was very good. The coffee was horrible.
